Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note: During peak seasons (spring planting season, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience!

Special Handling Live Plants & Garden Products
We take extra care when packaging live plants, seeds, and delicate garden items to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. All live plants are:
- Carefully wrapped and secured to prevent damage
- Shipped in breathable, eco-friendly packaging
- Dispatched at the beginning of the week to avoid weekend delays
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time through the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@virlala.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. VIRLALA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@virlala.com before your order is shipped.
